Onchain data:

All blockchain transactions are public by nature. Wallet addresses, transaction histories, and on-chain activity associated with your use of LiveRecord Protocol are visible on public blockchains. This is inherent to how blockchain technology works and is not within our control to make private.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the LiveRecord Protocol and website
• Process your transactions and manage your R.E.C. score
• Send you protocol updates, newsletters, and announcements (only if you opted in)
• Improve our services, detect bugs, and analyze usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

Note: Onchain data cannot be modified or deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain. These rights apply only to off-chain data we control.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong passwords and secure your wallet private keys independently.

LiveRecord is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@liverecord.fun and we will take steps to delete such information.
